If you spot illegal images in the chat, please take a screenshot and forward it to us or the authorities. The uploader information is logged with the image ID.

	We may send you the occasional newsletter or reminder. Such e-mails will be rare and can be opted out of at any time.
	We are not liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly through the use of this service. This webcam chat is provided as is. There is absolutely no warranty for availability of the service.
	The webcam content is the property of the individual users. It may not be copied or recorded without explicit written permission. The recording of user webcams will be prosecuted to the laws fullest extent without exception, if aforementioned written permission can not be provided. We will also support users in claiming damages as a result of the recording and/or distribution of their webcam stream. In addition to criminal charges and damages claimed by the user you agree to pay Kiss Chance $1,000 compensation for the investigation if you are found to have recorded a webcam stream.
	The Vagipe logo and name are copyright 2007 Kiss Chance Singapore and may not be copied or reproduced without explicit written permission. Permission to use them for the promotion of this service is hereby granted.
	There is no right to the use of this service. We reserve the right to remove anyone from this service without notice. Premium accounts are exempt from this rule, unless the user of the premium account violates these terms of service or the chat rules.
	Vagipe is not responsible for the content shown by users on their webcam. You are responsible for abiding the laws of your country on this site, too. This especially concerns the protection of minors.
	Unfriendly or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. You agree to abide to the chat rules presented after login at all times. Violating the terms of service or chat rules more than once may result in a permanent ban. The decision about a ban is at the sole descretion of the witnessing moderator.
	When you are banned you must wait the full three hour period before you may join the chat again. There are technical safeguards in place to prevent you re-joining earlier.
	Any premium fees are non-refundable, unless the service is unavailable over an extended period of time. No refund is issued if you are temporarily or permanently expelled from this service for the violation of the chat rules or the terms of service.
	You are fully responsible for all actions through your account. You may not disclose your login information to others.

	Your e-mail address and birthdate will never be disclosed to third parties. We use your birthdate to calculate and publish your age and gender in your profile and the chat.
	You understand, that the information you volunteer about yourself in your profile is publicly accessible.
	When your cam is not published, no video or audio data is transmitted to the server and none of this data is accessible through Vagipe.
	We have systems in place to give the user a choice who may view their webcam. We cannot guarantee the security of this webcam access control. We try our best to prevent unauthorized access and pursue those trying to break the system to the laws fullest extent. Chat administration has the ability to bypass the cam access control to screen cams for potentially illegal material or to verify a users gender and age.
	To keep this chat enjoyable, we are excluding people who have repeatedly misbehaved and broken laws of their own countries or our rules. To do this, we are saving technical (not personal) information about your configuration that is openly available through the browser or common third party plugins. We use this information to cross reference your accounts during the login and registration process. The information is only used for access control and will never be disclosed to third parties.
	We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Chat Rules

Be polite to your fellow chatters!
Please do not harass the chatters. If they want to view your cam or speak to you they will.
Using the block button stops you from seeing what a chatter posts in chat, denies their access to your cam and blocks their PMs. For premium members we have the perma block feature.
No adult content outside of the designated rooms as there are minors that may be present. This includes uploading pictures and having adult pictures on your chatter profile. We are INCREDIBLY strict with this rule.
Please do not create a sexually explicit or rude screen name. If you have done so, please change your name (If you are a premium user) or delete your account and make a new one.
Do not create fake accounts. Creating an account of the incorrect age or gender will result in that account being permanently disabled as well as all other associated accounts.
Do not issue commands and do not repeat requests!
- Don't tell anyone to activate their cam! They will do so if they want to.
- If your request is denied, that is the chatters decision, please do not ask them why or question their decision as it is final.
- Don't tell someone to view your cam! If they want to view you they will.
- Don't ask for something repeatedly. No means no.
- Please do not beg as it is harassment.
Please do not type in all CAPS. It is considered yelling and can be annoying if done repeatedly.
Do not spam! This includes:
- Posting messenger addresses and emails.
- Unrequested URLs.
- Unnecessary letters or characters in a sentence or word.
- Uploading the same picture multiple times.

Respect the language of the room. Please speak the language of the room you are in. If you do not speak the room language fluently please move to a room with an appropriate language for you.
There are certain activities that when are carried out will trigger an automatic ban. These activities include things such as:
- Spamming messages or words
If you do not like the rules, please feel free to frequent our unmoderated rooms, but please keep in mind that all activities must be legal.
