? How can I delete my account?
! There is a button at the bottom of the "Edit my profile" page.
Premium users can not delete their account until their premium is canceled and their premium time has expired. This is to ensure that you receive worth the premium time you have paid for.
 
? Why was I perma-banned?
! If you are unsure about the reason for your permanent ban from Vagipe, or think that this has happened in error, please contact us with all information you may have about the issue.
We will then investigate your permanent ban. We will then contact you, if the we find any problem with the ban or if the reason might not be obvious to you.
 
? I did not receive the activation e-mail!
! Our confirmation e-mails are sent instantly. Unfortunately, some large e-mail providers (Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo) delay or drop e-mails from mass senders like us.

If you did not receive the e-mail in a timely manner and it is not in your spam folder, we recommend google mail as a reliable and free e-mail provider.
 
? Where can I report a moderator for inappropriate behavior or abuse?
! Please report problems with the chat moderation directly to webmaster@vagipe.com.
Please report precisely what happened and include all evidence you can gather. Screenshots or a copy of the conversation will help a lot.
 
? How can I become a moderator?
! Moderators are recruited from our regulars. Being a moderator is often a thankless task and can be very trying at times. When we feel someone is fit for the job, we approach them and ask for their help.
 
? What does "MULTIPLTE CLIENTS DETECTED! TERMINATING ..." mean?
! You may not run several chat clients simultaneously. When such a configuration is detected, the chat terminates itself.
 
? What does "COULD NOT VERIFY LICENSE! CONNECTION TERMINATED!" mean?
! Communication with the license server failed. If this problem persists on reload, please contact us with information on how to reproduce the problem.
 
? What does "Authentication failed" mean?
! Either the chat client could not communicated with the websites authentication service or your login has been refused.
The most common reason for this is an active ban, but it can also be caused by network issues.

Please also make sure that your PC clock is set to the correct time. If your clock is off by several hours, synchronization may fail.
 
? When I try to log in, I am told to "go away".
! This response from our system means you have been permanently banned. If you believe this was in error, you may contact us and appeal the ban.

If you are guilty of one of the following, we will not reinstate your account:

- Creation of "fake" accounts with a false gender.

- Repeated temporary bans for the same reason witnessed by several moderators.

- Publishing any type of adult or mature content outside the designated rooms.
 
? I am told I am still banned, but I have never been banned.
! Unfortunately the ban mechanism is not perfect, and false positives do happen.
If the problem persists, please contact us.
 
? The three hours are up and I am still banned!?
! An ordinary ban lasts three hours. However in cases of severe misconduct moderators have the option to issue a much longer ban.
If you believe this is in error, please contact us.
 
? I have created an account, but when I try to log in, I am told my username/password do not match?
! When you sign up, you receive an e-mail with a confirmation link to activate your account. Until you have done that, your account cannot be logged in.
If you did not receive such an e-mail, please also check your spam folder. If all else fails, create a new account and double check that you have entered your e-mail address correctly.
Some ISPs, most notably AOL, Hotmail, and Yahoo, will refuse or delay automatically generated e-mails from high volume servers. We have tries to work with those providers to resolve the issues, by they were not interesed. GoogleMail does not have such issues.
 
? Where did the guest login ("Nobodies") go?
! Many of you have enjoyed the free login as a way to chat anonymously with others.
Unfortunately there have been a select few, who have abused this privilege.

Despite our best efforts to block repeated offenders from the free login, this abuse was so severe in some cases, that we can no longer take the responsibility for it.

We feel that those, who volunteer a minimum of personal information to have a good time on Vagipe, deserve our protection at the cost of the anonymous guests.

If you have used the guest login to chat on Vagipe, there is no reason not to create an account. The information you have to provide is minimal and will never be disclosed.

? I use Internet Explorer and I have a problem ...
! Due to its limited feature set, high amount of bugs, and slow update cycle, Vagipe does not officially support Microsofts Internet Explorer. We recommend Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
 
? How can I cancel my premium account?
! At the bottom of "Edit my Profile" there is a link to the cancelation page. If you are logged in, click here to go directly to the cancelation page.
 
? Why am I being billed again after a month?
! Vagipe premium access is a monthly recurring subscription. If you do not wish to use a premium account anymore, please cancel your premium subscription at the corresponding billing partner.
 
? How can I join my chat as a moderator?
! Set up your moderator password here: http://www.vagipe.com/admin_create.php

Then log into your room with your password here: http://www.vagipe.com/admin.php

The "room" is your sites domain name without the "www." part, unless you changed that in the script.
