Name, gender, age and language are freely choosable.
If you end up in a different room than the people logging in from your website, then your room name is wrong. If you did not modify the code, this is the domain name without "www." of the page the chat is installed on. Watch out for frames! The page domain might not be the same as the site domain if displayed in a frame.
